Dans le cadre de cette étude psychopédagogique, la question centrale porte sur l’étude de l’influence des technologies numériques sur l’épuisement professionnel des enseignants dans le contexte de l’enseignement à distance. Malgré leurs avantages évidents, l’introduction des formats en ligne a créé une nouvelle réalité professionnelle pour les enseignants, qui s’accompagne d’un certain nombre de défis importants. L’étude a montré comment la surcharge d’informations, la nécessité d’être constamment disponible, la dépendance technique et le manque de communication interpersonnelle directe contribuent au développement de l’épuisement émotionnel, de la dépersonnalisation et à la baisse de la productivité professionnelle. L’étude analyse comment ces facteurs aggravent le problème déjà étudié du burnout professionnel. L’objectif de ce travail est non seulement d’analyser de manière approfondie les liens identifiés, mais aussi d’élaborer des recommandations scientifiquement fondées pour prévenir et surmonter le syndrome du burnout professionnel chez les enseignants dans le contexte de la numérisation, afin de préserver leur santé et d’améliorer la qualité du processus éducatif.
