Cette étude a été menée pour étudier l’utilisation de plantes (racine de Zingiber officinale, Peper cubeba (fruit), extrait de racines de Panax ginseng) pour augmenter la fertilité après avoir été mélangées avec du yaourt et l’étude des extraits sur la durée de conservation, l’analyse sensorielle et la texture du yaourt après un stockage de 21 jours au réfrigérateur. Le yaourt à base de plantes a également un effet sur la qualité du sperme et les hormones sexuelles des souris exposées pendant trois semaines au chlorure de cadmium, qui induit une sous-fécondité chez les souris mâles.
