La scorsa settimana, Abdul Rashid Dostum ha espresso la stessa preoccupazione e ha avvertito che alcuni ambienti interni (governativi) e stranieri vogliono trasportare più di 7.500 combattenti del Daesh (ceceni, uzbeki, tagiki, iracheni, siriani, libanesi e libici) in alcune province del Nord.
