Il lavoro in questione presenta i risultati ottenuti attraverso un’indagine osservazionale, con l’obiettivo di identificare i fattori motivazionali che spingono gli studenti a frequentare l’aula di alfabetizzazione del PEIS. Si è partiti dal presupposto che la motivazione è uno dei fattori più influenti nell’educazione. Per gli adulti, è stato possibile constatare che l’affetto, l’impegno e la solidarietà sono fattori chiave per l’apprendimento. Spetta quindi all’educatore stimolare, incoraggiare e motivare lo studente.
