Analysing the use of Labour Gymnastics (LG) in different work environments is certainly a topic that should always be on the minds of those who study or want to better understand the world of work in all its aspects. This book seeks to provide an opportunity for such reflections through the analytical lens of the Human Sciences, but specifically through the Geography of Work. Categories of analysis such as ’work’, ’territory’ and ’health’ guide the path traced for the dissertation of a Physical Education professional who entered Geography through a postgraduate course. This text derives from a dissertation submitted to the PPGEP/FACIP/UFU, but it is light and human, without losing its scientificity, allowing it to open up new horizons in the quest to contribute to studies on the precariousness of workers in the face of capital’s productive restructuring.
