La télévision en tant que ressource pédagogique a pour objectif général l’utilisation de ce média de masse dans les écoles, et pour objectifs spécifiques l’étude du langage télévisuel, l’analyse de l’histoire de la télévision brésilienne et l’étude de la télévision éducative brésilienne: L’étude du langage télévisuel, l’analyse de l’histoire de la télévision brésilienne et l’étude de la télévision éducative brésilienne. Pour les développer, nous avons commencé par le processus historique de la télévision afin de comprendre la popularité qu’elle a acquise et, en même temps, le phénomène qu’elle représente aujourd’hui. Tout en plongeant dans le passé historique de ce média électronique, il a été décidé de fournir quelques éclaircissements techniques sur le processus d’évolution. Cette présentation part de l’émergence des premières idées jusqu’à la télévision numérique. Ce retour dans le passé a été effectué à la fois dans une perspective globale et au niveau brésilien, ainsi que dans le cas spécifique de notre État du Ceará. L’ancrage théorique recherché à travers cette étude vise à contribuer à une vision non stéréotypée de la télévision.
