Whose History è uno studio sull’impatto degli standard di storia americana sugli studenti delle minoranze in Minnesota e nel resto della nazione. Utilizzando la lente della Teoria Critica della Razza combinata con la Pedagogia Critica, l’autore esamina gli standard di storia richiesti dal Minnesota e si chiede se servano o meno a emarginare gli studenti provenienti da ambienti minoritari, utilizzando una rappresentazione errata sia palese che invisibile, l’assenza di documenti storici e una rappresentazione negativa basata sulle ideologie dell’eurocentrismo e del nazionalismo.
