Il ricercatore ha scoperto che non è stata riscontrata alcuna differenza significativa nei risultati degli studenti con modelli di apprendimento cooperativo come NHT e Jigsaw nei materiali relativi all’esponenziazione e ai numeri irrazionali. Il ricercatore è giunto alla conclusione che questo studio non ha ancora raggiunto un livello ottimale, se si considera ciò che è significativo per gli studenti, i cui risultati sembrano migliorare, e tenendo conto del poco tempo a disposizione e della mancanza di co-osservatori in grado di portare a termine il lavoro, di conseguenza i risultati di questo studio potrebbero non essere quelli attesi. Tuttavia, ulteriori ricerche dovranno compiere passi concreti al fine di migliorare la qualità dell’istruzione.
