Das Ziel dieses Buches ist es, die Forschungserfahrung zu teilen, die darauf abzielt, die Beziehung zwischen kommunikativer Kompetenz und den akademischen Leistungen der Studenten des vierten Semesters von Leibeserziehung, Erholung und Sporttraining an der Universidad Nacional Experimental 'Francisco de Miranda', Gemeinde Miranda, Staat Falcón, zu bestimmen. Theoretisch stützt sie sich auf die Theorie von Habermas und die Theorie des kommunikativen Handelns. Methodisch ist sie dem positivistischen Paradigma verpflichtet, mit einem quantitativen Ansatz und feldbezogenen, deskriptiven und korrelativen Merkmalen. Nach der Analyse der Ergebnisse des Fragebogens, der an die 7 Lehrkräfte der UNEFM und die 13 Studenten des angegebenen Semesters gerichtet wurde, und in Übereinstimmung mit den spezifischen Zielen kommen wir zu folgendem Schluss: Die kommunikative Kompetenz der Studenten ist sehr mangelhaft, wenn man bedenkt, dass sie bereits ein Hochschulniveau erreicht haben, und wenn man berücksichtigt, dass es sich um Studenten handelt, die die grundlegenden Fächer des Bildungsabschlusses absolviert haben, in denen die Beherrschung und das Verständnis der Sprache die Grundlage für jeden universitären Karriereprozess ist.
