Im Vergleich zum herkömmlichen Dampfcrackverfahren, das von thermischen Crackreaktionen dominiert wurde, bietet das katalytische Cracken von Naphtha Vorteile in Bezug auf einen geringeren Energieverbrauch und geringere Kohlendioxidemissionen sowie eine höhere Selektivität für Produkte mit hochwertigen Verbindungen. Daher ist es eine wettbewerbsfähige Alternative für die Produktion von leichten Olefinen. Paraffin, als Hauptbestandteil von Straight-Run-Naphtha, ist ein perfekter Rohstoff für den Dampfcrackprozess bei der Produktion von leichten Olefinen. Allerdings ist es schwierig, es unter milden Bedingungen zu cracken, was eine Schwierigkeit für den katalytischen Crackprozess darstellt. Die vorliegende Studie konzentrierte sich auf das Verhalten beim Paraffincracken, hauptsächlich auf: (1) Verhalten des n-Heptan-Crackings über frischem und Gleichgewicht-ZSM-5-Katalysator; (2) Einfluss der Einführung eines Vanadiumdioxid-basierten Katalysators (mit unterschiedlichen Vanadiumdioxid-Beladungen) auf die Reaktionsleistung des n-Heptan-Crackings über ZSM-5-Katalysator; (3) unterschiedliches Verhalten des n-Heptan-Crackings in Festbettreaktoren und zirkulierenden Wirbelschichtanlagen.
