Cette étude porte sur les déterminants de l’adoption des services bancaires en ligne par les clients de la ville de Hochiminh. Sur la base du modèle d’acceptation de la technologie (TAM) et de la théorie unifiée de l’acceptation et de l’utilisation de la technologie (UTAUT), cinq influences indépendantes ont été examinées de manière empirique afin de déterminer les facteurs significatifs qui affectent l’intention des clients d’utiliser les services bancaires en ligne. Les résultats profiteront aux dirigeants des banques en leur fournissant des recommandations pour améliorer et développer leurs stratégies afin d’augmenter le taux d’adoption des services bancaires en ligne.
