La monografia per la prima volta dimostra scientificamente il metodo di utilizzo dei verri di razza Pietren nel processo di selezione dei suini di razza nera bielorussa e nel sistema di ibridazione nella produzione di carne suina su base industriale, attraverso la creazione di animali di nuovi genotipi (1/2BCh1/2P e 3/4BCh1/4P), che hanno una maggiore carnosità, buone qualità riproduttive e di ingrasso e sono resistenti allo stress nelle condizioni della tecnologia industriale. L’uso di verri di razza Pietren in combinazione con animali di razza nera bielorussa permette di offrire una produzione di suini con una maggiore carne (resa in carne 58,52-61,68 %) e qualità di ingrasso (consumo di mangime per unità di guadagno 2,9-3,6 unità di mangime).
