I ribeirinhos sono popolazioni amazzoniche tradizionali che vivono sulle rive dei fiumi e hanno un rapporto dinamico con la natura; vivono della diversificazione della produzione in cui contribuiscono all’agricoltura, all’allevamento, all’estrattivismo, alla pesca e alla cultura dell’autoconsumo e dell’autosopravvivenza.
