Il progetto MOTHER di Meghalaya (2019) è stato valutato utilizzando un disegno convergente a metodi misti per valutare i cambiamenti in sei indicatori di salute materno-infantile - RMN, IMR, parti istituzionali, immunizzazione completa, ANC (≥4 visite) e registrazione del primo trimestre - confrontando una linea di base precedente al 2019 (2015-18/2016-18) con il 2021 e il 2024. Le tendenze quantitative sono state ricavate da NFHS-4, SRS e dal cruscotto statale 'MegHealth', con analisi descrittive dei cambiamenti assoluti e relativi. Gli approfondimenti qualitativi sono stati ricavati da dieci interviste in profondità con operatori sanitari di prima linea (marzo 2024); l’analisi tematica delle note sul campo ha evidenziato le pratiche della comunità, il rafforzamento a livello di sistema e le barriere persistenti che incidono sulla fruizione dei servizi.
