O projeto MOTHER de Meghalaya (2019) foi avaliado usando um projeto convergente de métodos mistos para avaliar as mudanças em seis indicadores de saúde materno-infantil - TMI, IMR, partos institucionais, imunização completa, ANC (≥4 visitas) e registro do primeiro trimestre - comparando uma linha de base pré-2019 (2015-18/2016-18) com 2021 e 2024. As tendências quantitativas foram extraídas do NFHS-4, SRS e do painel estadual 'MegHealth', com análises descritivas de mudanças absolutas e relativas. As percepções qualitativas vieram de dez entrevistas aprofundadas com amostragem intencional com profissionais de saúde da linha de frente (março de 2024); a análise temática das notas de campo destacou as práticas da comunidade, o fortalecimento do nível do sistema e as barreiras persistentes que afetam a aceitação do serviço.
