Ce mémoire analyse l’impact du marketing digital de YANGO RDC sur le comportement des consommateurs kinois. L’étude s’inscrit dans un contexte où les technologies numériques transforment profondément les habitudes d’achat et de consommation. En tant que plateforme de transport par commande en ligne, YANGO RDC utilise divers outils de communication digitale pour se positionner sur un marché urbain en pleine mutation. L’objectif de ce travail est de comprendre comment ces stratégies numériques influencent la perception de la marque, les décisions d’utilisation du service et la fidélisation des clients à Kinshasa. À travers une enquête menée auprès d’un échantillon de consommateurs et une analyse théorique appuyée sur la communication persuasive, l’étude met en lumière les leviers d’attraction et de conversion utilisés par YANGO. Elle montre également l’importance de l’image de marque, du contenu digital ciblé et de l’expérience utilisateur dans la construction d’un comportement favorable. Ce mémoire fournit ainsi des recommandations pratiques pour les entreprises de services souhaitant exploiter pleinement le potentiel du marketing digital en République Démocratique du Congo.
