Cette étude a été menée afin d’examiner l’impact de l’évaluation formative et sommative des étudiants sur le développement professionnel des professeurs d’anglais langue étrangère iraniens dans les universités. De plus, elle visait à déterminer si l’évaluation formative était plus efficace que l’évaluation sommative. La présente étude est de nature qualitative/quantitative et a été menée dans le cadre de l’ethnographie de la branche sud de l’université islamique Azad de Téhéran.
