W niniejszym artykule zbadano technologie informacyjno-komunikacyjne (ICT) w zarządzaniu uniwersytetami w południowo-południowej Nigerii: Stan Rivers; Zagadnienia, wyzwania i perspektywy. Zgodnie z celem badania, badacz sformułował trzy pytania badawcze i trzy hipotezy zerowe. Próba 360 respondentów, zarówno mężczyzn, jak i kobiet z jednego uniwersytetu federalnego (UNIPORT) i jednego uniwersytetu stanowego (RSUST), została losowo wybrana z populacji badania, która składała się ze stu trzydziestu trzech tysięcy, ośmiuset dwóch (133 802) studentów odpowiednio w południowo-południowej Nigerii; stan na rok 2009, według danych ankietowych National University Commission (NUC). Do zbierania danych wykorzystano narzędzie o nazwie Kwestionariusz Technologii Informacyjnych i Komunikacyjnych (ICTQ). Narzędzie ICTQ miało czteropunktową skalę ocen Likerta: zdecydowanie zgadzam się (SA), zgadzam się (A), nie zgadzam się (D) i zdecydowanie nie zgadzam się (SD), która została zatwierdzona przez mojego przełożonego i innych ekspertów w dziedzinie pomiarów i oceny, a jej współczynnik rzetelności został obliczony na 0,65 na poziomie istotności 0,05. Ponadto książka jest przeznaczona dla różnych poziomów odbiorców.
