This story came to life after watching my own two dogs, Gracy and George, get whacked by my cat, The Little Fat Guy. For the pup in this story, as well as my own pups, 'trials' come in the form of 'whacks' from a cat. For real people, 'whacks' or 'Trials' may come in the form of illness, job loss, divorce, etc. Come read and laugh a little about a silly pup and the giver of whacks, a cat. The reading may help your child understand a little better how God wants us to respond to trails and it may even help you; if only to make you smile.
