Healing While Writing is a book that has poetry, reflections and space to journal. This book can be to accompany 'Healing While Hurting.' And, it doesn’t have to be. It is an extra tool that I hope will support anyone who is grieving. In this book you will find some questions and some prompts. My hope is that you will find it in you to reflect and to get creative. You can write your own poetry or diary pages. You can put your thoughts down, express your feelings and even use some of the blank pages to draw if you feel called to express yourself in that way. Example of questions and prompts: 'If my memories of you were a slideshow. What would they show?'And 'This feeling of missing someone...Feels like...'Or 'I just want another last'.... Writing supports Healing. Come heal by allowing yourself time for you, to reflect and express yourself.
