Attention:I composed this book to assist those who had a loving parent to manage and heal from a very traumatizing life-altering event. This book is based on self- healing, self-awareness of an emotional state of mind, and understanding we have the right to grieve, regardless of how long it takes to complete the process. Interest:My mom was a fantasy mother, she was generally strong, mindful, cherishing, supportive, caring, and loving, and because of that, I knew that I would never be alone. Regardless of how hard and intense life became throughout different periods of my life, she was always there to pick me up emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I would like to share my journey with you of health healing. Desired:My Mother’s Death: I was prepared for her death, and I realized it would come someday, when it finally happened, I became an emotional wreck for several months after her burial. It came to a point where I knew my mother would want me to move forward with my life to be happy, so I began the process of rebuilding myself and rebuilding my life utilizing strategies and techniques I would like to share with you in this book. Action:Together, let’s take this journey of healing and learning how to deal with the pain so that we can have a productive life as our loving parents would have wanted for us.
