A great philosopher said that 'Anger is the fluid that love bleeds when it is cut.' From that quote and my personal studies of relationships, this book was birthed. I wrote this book to help mend the wound that is caused whenever a person is forced to deal with an emotionally traumatic event such as a break-up.
