Jeder Berufsanfänger im Feld der Sozialen Arbeit sucht bei der Zusammenarbeit mitseiner Klientel nach theoretischen Anknüpfungspunkten. Praktische Fragestellungen,mit denen er sich bisher nicht auseinander gesetzt hat, erfordern von ihm theoretischfundierte Antworten. Auf welche der von ihm bisher gedanklich durchdrungenen Theorieansätze,die im Rahmen seines Studiums zum Diplom oder Bachelor der SozialenArbeit gelehrt wurden, sollte er sich konzentrieren, bei der Planung von Interaktionen?Unter Zuhilfenahme welcher Handlungskriterien kann er wissenschaftliche Theorien indie Praxis überführen? Um diese Frage zu beantworten, ist eine Orientierung an vergleichbarenKriterien für Theorieansätze möglich. Anschließend ist es möglich, verschiedeneTheorieansätze gegenüberzustellen und sie über den Zugang der Subjektorientierungin Beziehung zu bringen.Doch nicht nur für Berufsanfänger hat die theoriegeleitete Bezugnahme auf Adressateneine hohe Bedeutung. So entwickelten sich etwa im Rahmen der Forumsdiskussiondes 4. Jahrgangs der MAPS „Gemeindepsychiatrie' Studierenden (15.03.09 -16.04.09) lebhafte Diskussionen um die Auswirkungen von theoriegeleitetem Handeln.Letztlich wurde hierüber gemeinschaftlich ein positives Resümee gezogen und in Beispielenbenannt: bessere Überschaubarkeit des eigenen Arbeitsfeldes, mögliche Abstrahierungvon Einzelfällen, Verlässlichkeit empirisch überprüften Handlungswissens(vgl.
