Ce système de construction est principalement destiné à répondre aux exigences de sécurité et de résistance structurelle, devenant ainsi un outil de base qui devrait assurer une qualité de vie décente à tous ses occupants, en répondant aux besoins primaires non satisfaits des familles qui sont vulnérables du point de vue économique, qui est d’avoir un toit qui fournit un abri et peut développer leurs activités socioculturelles.
