Cet ouvrage examine de manière critique l’état nutritionnel des réfugiés syriens vivant au Liban, en particulier les groupes vulnérables tels que les enfants, les femmes enceintes et les mères allaitantes. Il identifie certains des facteurs susceptibles de nuire à leur état nutritionnel et formule donc des recommandations à l’intention des praticiens et des décideurs politiques en vue d’une gestion nutritionnelle efficace et d’une sécurité alimentaire à long terme pour les réfugiés syriens au Liban.
