L’importance commerciale et la popularité de la culture offrent de nombreuses possibilités de sélection de nouvelles variétés ayant un rendement plus élevé et une qualité supérieure des fleurs. Dans cette étude, les génotypes MG-9-1, MG-7-2, MG-6-2, MG-2-2, MG-5-5 et MG-2-1 ont montré de meilleures performances de croissance et de rendement en fleurs. Les variétés droites peuvent être développées à partir de ces génotypes de gaillardia. Tous ces génotypes ayant une bonne qualité de fleurs et des attributs de rendement sont prometteurs pour l’amélioration future de la gaillardia.
