Le résumé du travail de recherche est qu’il a été effectué pour déterminer les acides gras libres dans différents échantillons de graisses. Pour ce faire, différents échantillons ont été contrôlés, tels que la margarine Sunshine, la margarine Dairy, la margarine Blue Band, la crème Dairy, le Nestle Milk Pack, l’huile Golden Sun, le Habib Ghee, le Sufi Ghee, l’huile Dalda, l’huile Kisan. Différents résultats ont été obtenus et analysés. D’après les résultats des données analysées au cours de la recherche, la teneur en matières grasses de la Margarine Blue Band est très faible (4,65 g) et celle de la Crème laitière est élevée (24,5 g).
