Finalmente, a aplicação de nitrogênio inorgânico @ 100 kg N ha-1 na forma de uréia pode ser recomendada para garantir maior crescimento, rendimento e parâmetros de qualidade da cabaça amarga. A incorporação de vermicomposto @ 5 ton ha-1 causou uma resposta benéfica no crescimento, rendimento e atributos de qualidade da cabaça amarga e os valores máximos foram observados com a aplicação de 5 ton ha-1. A fim de assegurar uma grande quantidade de frutos e outros parâmetros, pode ser recomendada a utilização de 5 toneladas ha-1 de vermicomposto. De acordo com a economia de tratamento, verificou-se que a relação custo-benefício máxima, ou seja, 2,35, foi obtida com a utilização de 100 kg N ha-1, pelo que se pode recomendar a aplicação de 100 kg N ha-1 para uma cultura remuneradora de cabaça amarga.
