Ce livre a pour but d’aider à briser les schémas formés en ce qui concerne le trouble déficitaire de l’attention avec hyperactivité (TDAH), qui est un syndrome neurologique dans lequel des altérations chimiques se produisent dans le système nerveux. Ces paradigmes contribuent à accroître la souffrance des personnes qui en souffrent, les conduisant à l’angoisse, à l’isolement, à la peur, à la tristesse, à la colère et à des sentiments qui détruisent, blessent et transforment peu à peu un enfant plein de rêves en une personne pleine d’insécurité. En effet, le TDAH s’accompagne d’une hypoactivité du lobe frontal du cerveau (diminution de la production de certains neurotransmetteurs). Le thème proposé ici devient pertinent en raison de la présence croissante d’enfants atteints de TDAH dans les premières années de l’école primaire. Il appartient donc aux éducateurs de se former pour répondre aux besoins de ces élèves, non seulement en termes de contenu, mais aussi en termes de socialisation et de contextualisation d’un apprentissage significatif pour les personnes atteintes de TDAH. Il convient également de souligner que le principal problème lié au TDAH et à d’autres troubles similaires est le grand manque d’informations sur le sujet.
