Después de haber transitado por los grandes avances de la medicina, hemos observado y experimentado de cerca otras formas de ver y mejorar la salud, lo que me ha obligado a voltear y ver la salud desde otra óptica, reflexionando sobre la necesidad de buscar diferentes ideas y conceptos de la salud y el bienestar, así como observar la forma en que han evolucionado a lo largo del tiempo, para replantearme y replantearle a la sociedad la necesidad que tenemos los seres humanos de lograr mejores niveles de salud y bienestar asumiendo y actuando nuestra responsabilidad, a través del estilo de vida que practicamos, pero incluso más allá de lo anterior ejerciendo una nueva visión del concepto de la salud a través de las siguientes dimensiones: • La nutrición celular como base de la salud y bienestar • Medicinas energéticas: otra visión de la salud • La influencia de la mente para generar o mejorar la salud • Naturismo como estilo de vida • Medicina alternativa: terapias para mejorar la salud • Técnicas para mejorar la salud: Programación Neurolingüística y Coaching • Cambio en la Educación para la salud. • Estilo de vida saludable en el trabajo • Políticas públicas saludables: las bases para otra visión del bienestar • Perfil de los médicos directivos. Una visión eficiente y de calidad en la salud.. Por todo lo anterior, en este libro me voy a permitir explicarle un nuevo enfoque de la salud a través del análisis y revisión de estos conceptos mencionados, como claves de la salud y el bienestar.
