Lo scopo di questo studio è stato quello di analizzare come le attività di SMP possano essere delegate e monitorate in modo efficiente utilizzando e analizzando il QDT (Work Distribution Chart) secondo il modello proposto da Cury (2009) e migliorato da Chinelato Filho (2011). Inizialmente, la sezione ha individuato dei colli di bottiglia che rendevano impossibile il corretto svolgimento delle attività. Attraverso l’osservazione, è stato possibile implementare alcune pratiche che hanno permesso di ridurre al minimo questi colli di bottiglia e di modernizzare e ristrutturare i modelli di gestione esistenti.
