This book presents a scientific investigation into the effects of different pre-treatment methods on the germination and seedling growth of Mimosa pigra Linn. and Kigelia africana Lam., two ecologically significant tropical plant species. Poor germination is a common limitation in forestry and agroforestry programs involving these species.
