華府華文作協（NACWADC）自1995年成立以來，每年出版一本年刊，2010年改成兩年一刊，逢單年出刊。此次年刊有專輯，專訪作家、華府華文作協永久會員韓秀女士的寫作經歷與書籍，為這位專業寫作者與讀者，致上我們的敬意。本會會員多勤懇筆耕，寫出好作品，使我們本期年刊展現淋漓色彩，綺妮多姿，光鮮亮麗。另有活動報導、寫作工坊、會員新書發佈等也包括在此年刊中。北美華文作家協會華府分會（NACWADC），成立宗旨是以增進文友聯繫、交換寫作經驗、促進文化交流、掘植青年作家、共同提高華文文學創作水準為目標。
