Sono felice di constatare che da allora il governo indiano ha preso in mano le sue preoccupazioni di sviluppo per quanto riguarda la Blue Economy. Il team guidato dal dottor Alok Tripathi dell’ASI ha iniziato a esplorare il patrimonio culturale sommerso chiamato Dwarka, risalente a una civiltà di oltre 9000 anni fa, come suggerito nella mia ricerca. La definizione di Blue Economy basata sull’acqua ha subito diversi cambiamenti nel suo percorso di cristallizzazione. Dal suo esordio da parte del Dr. Gunter Pauli nel 2009, quando l’ambito di applicazione era esclusivamente quello dell’economia basata sull’acqua, all’attuale comprensione della crescita inclusiva e dello sviluppo sostenibile, l’economia blu è progredita attraverso cambiamenti di paradigma correlati.L’India è un leader globale emergente. L’India è un leader globale emergente e deve portare la sua economia blu a un livello molto più alto attraverso un’efficace governance degli oceani.
