Diese Arbeit umfasst technische Elemente und Analysen des Geoprocessing- und Georeferenzierungssets sowie die Vorbereitung des CAR für ein Grundstück in Engenho Barreirinho in der Gemeinde Tamandaré - PE, das sich im Besitz der UMBUZEIRO EMPREENDIMENTOS IMOBILIÁRIOS LTDA befindet. Ziel dieser Untersuchung war es, die Dynamik der Landnutzung in der Gemeinde Tamandaré/Pernambuco, Brasilien, mit Hilfe von Geoprozessions- und Fernerkundungstechniken auf einem ländlichen Grundstück im Gebiet von Engenho Barreirinho - ländliche Zone der Gemeinde Tamandaré/PE zu analysieren und die Wirksamkeit der konventionellen topographischen Methode mit geodätischem GPS in Verbindung mit nautischem GPS an Orten mit geschlossenem Wald zu demonstrieren. Dies wurde mit Hilfe von Fernerkundung und Geoprocessing bei der Erstellung des CAR für ein Grundstück in Engenho Barreirinho in der Gemeinde Tamandaré an der Südküste von Pernambuco möglich gemacht. Ein Vegetationsindex (SAVI) auf der Grundlage eines Landsat-5-Bildes wurde verwendet, um das Landnutzungsprofil in der Gemeinde Tamandaré zu charakterisieren.
