In our lifetime we have seen the easier wrong chosen over the harder right and individuals struggle to find their way without a moral compass. Don’t Forget the Best is an experienced churchman’s observation of the church and her message. While warning in prophetic tones the dangers facing the church, Ron encourages the believer by spreading hope and speaks to those with a longing for God. History is a story of God at work in human affairs. Don’t Forget the Best contains many illustrations from Ron’s congregations which reveal God’s people at their best. The message is broken down into 182 devotions - devotions for half a year. Inspired by God, holy men wrote what God spoke and they gave in short order truth that would confront false teachings. The holy writers rebut the agnostics, contradict the atheists, and deny pantheism. Holy men introduced God, explained the earth, and interpreted mankind making clear that God is eternal - He always was and will be.

Reconsideration by Richard Bauckham has suggested that the author was a Jerusalem disciple who housed the ''Last Supper.'' This book explores the possibility that he was present...

  • Through the years with prince charming

The past decade has overflowed in a raging stream of contradictions. Old certainties have yielded to relentless insecurity over a time when much of the human experience got immeasurably better even as many things only ever seemed to get worse. As Paul du Quenoy’s globetrotting criticism reveals, the arts were in a ferment that matched profound and yet totally unpredicted social...

O the bliss of this glorious thought; God wants to pour out His blessing upon His creation. The fact is and the reality of the situation is that man’s immorality, godlessness, and lawlessness has prevented the Divine from doing so. As we visualize with our mind’s eye events of the past, we can with remarkable accuracy watch the scene unfold like an ongoing drama. The curtain...
