Les personnes en situation de crise se trouvent dans une situation exceptionnelle et ont besoin d’une aide rapide (et surtout non bureaucratique). Les différents services d’urgence et de crise ont pour mission d’offrir une aide qualifiée et coordonnée 24 heures sur 24. Ces services sont gratuits et anonymes si souhaité.
