Esta investigação analisa comparativamente a regulação dos direitos e deveres ligados ao exercício do jornalismo na Bolívia nos diferentes textos constitucionais, desde 1826 até ao promulgado em 2009, resultado do trabalho de um processo constituinte do qual se detalha o contexto sócio-político em que se desenrolou.Analisa também a influência que a primeira Constituição boliviana teve na sua redação, que foi reformada em 17 ocasiões.
