This book creates the concept of universal theory of development and interaction in the Universe. The concept of the ether and its various levels are introduced. The proof of the existence of photon field is given. Energy exchange processes between various objects in the Universe are considered. The mechanism of gravity interaction between space objects is demonstrated. It is proved that the photon deformation is the prime cause of electromagnetic wave arousal while the photon is the analog to a parallel oscillating circuit. The concepts of charge and time are determined. A philosophical foundation to the higher mind is given.
