Une méthode précise, simple, reproductible et sensible de chromatographie liquide à haute performance (HPLC SHIMADZU JAPAN FABRICATED) pour l’estimation simultanée de la loratadine, du parabène méthylique et du parabène propylique à partir de la suspension de loratadine pour la formulation pharmaceutique a été développée et validée. Les gammes linéaires se sont révélées être (r2 = 0,9983) pour la loratadine, (r2 = 0,9702) pour le parabène méthylique et (r2 = 0,9985) pour le parabène propylique. L’écart-type relatif en pourcentage pour l’exactitude et la précision n’était pas supérieur à 2,0 %. La précision a donc été réalisée sur trois échantillons homogènes pendant une durée de 72 heures. La robustesse a été réalisée sur des échantillons homogènes par trois chercheurs différents le même jour en utilisant la même phase mobile. Détection UV (SPD-10A) 254nm. Cette méthode a pu être appliquée avec succès pour l’analyse de routine de la loratadine, du parabène méthylique et du parabène propylique dans différentes formes de dosage. La méthode utilisée est linéaire, reproductible, précise et robuste.
