Foi desenvolvido e validado um método preciso, simples, reprodutível e sensível de cromatografia líquida de alta resolução (HPLC SHIMADZU JAPAN FABRICATED) para a estimativa simultânea de loratadina, metilparabeno e propilparabeno a partir da suspensão de loratadina para formulação farmacêutica. Verificou-se que os intervalos lineares são (r2 = 0,9983) para a Loratadina, (r2 = 0,9702) para o metilparabeno e (r2 = 0,9985) para o propilparabeno. O desvio padrão relativo percentual para exatidão e precisão não foi superior a 2,0%. Assim, a precisão foi realizada em três amostras homogéneas durante 72 horas. A robustez foi realizada em amostras homogéneas por três investigadores diferentes no mesmo dia, utilizando a mesma fase móvel. Deteção UV (SPD-10A) 254nm. Este método pode ser aplicado com êxito para a análise de rotina da Loratadina, do metilparabeno e do propilparabeno em diferentes formas de dosagem. O método utilizado é linear, reprodutível, exato e robusto.
