Ma la Generazione Z sta cambiando il comportamento di ricerca: I giovani utilizzano sempre più spesso i social media come TikTok o Instagram per cercare informazioni. Cosa significa questo cambiamento per le aziende e la loro visibilità digitale?Questa tesi di master analizza il fenomeno della ricerca sociale utilizzando l’esempio della Gen Z in Austria. Utilizzando un approccio misto, i giovani sono stati prima interrogati sul loro comportamento di ricerca sui social media e poi sono stati intervistati esperti di marketing per analizzare la prospettiva delle aziende.Il lavoro fornisce spunti interessanti sull’uso dei social media per la ricerca di informazioni, evidenzia le funzioni rilevanti della piattaforma e mostra come i dipartimenti di social media e SEO possano collaborare più strettamente in futuro per rendere visibili i contenuti.
