A cultura escolar é um aspeto importante da organização de uma escola. Ela reflete as práticas gerais de uma escola. Com base na minha experiência de envolvimento no setor educacional nos últimos cinco anos, percebo a necessidade de explorar mais profundamente a cultura escolar: a sua percepção e as suas práticas. Por isso, este estudo foi realizado. Para este estudo, utilizei uma abordagem qualitativa e um paradigma interpretativo. Escolhi duas escolas diferentes do distrito de Lalitpur para analisar a cultura escolar: a sua percepção e as suas práticas. Escolhi alunos, professores e líderes escolares como participantes da minha pesquisa. Recolhi informações para este estudo com a ajuda de entrevistas, discussões informais e observação, juntamente com anotações de diferentes incidentes. Este trabalho foi útil para compreender a perceção das partes interessadas da escola em relação às práticas escolares. Esta investigação tem insights evidentes para chegar à conclusão de como as escolas estão a executar a sua programação diária na prática real no contexto nepalês. No entanto, os resultados deste estudo não podem ser generalizados noutros contextos diferentes do local pesquisado.
