Nous proposons d’étudier la corrélation entre la consommation des antibiotiques et l’écologie bactérienne d’un service d’urologie. Les données de consommation d’antibiotiques ont été obtenus à partir du logiciel STKMED®. Les résultats bactériologiques ont été obtenus du logiciel SIRSCAN®. L’analyse statistique a été faite par le logiciel SPSS 18. La consommation globale d’antibiotiques du service d’urologie a compté une augmentation de 20% entre 2015 et 2019, allant de 430,607DDJ/1000JH à 515,138DDJ/JH. La classe J01D autres bêtalactamines était la plus consommée. Le Céfotaxime était la molécule la plus prescrite. 1466 souches de bactéries ont été isolées. L’Escherichia coli, le Klebsiella pneumoniae et l’Enterococcus feacalis étaient les bactéries les plus retrouvées. Des corrélations statistiquement significatives ont été recensées entre la consommation du Céfotaxime et la résistance du Klebsiella pneumoniae à la Piperacilline et à la Piperacilline/Tazobactam. Conclusion : L’analyse de l’évolution de la consommation d’antibiotiques et des résistances bactérienne est essentielle pour garantir une meilleure prise en charge des infections au sein du service.
