O presente estudo foi realizado no distrito de Navsari, em Gujarat, tendo em vista a grande área cultivada com cana-de-açúcar de rebrotas, a alta suscetibilidade a pragas e doenças, resultando em baixo rendimento e alta pluviosidade. Os resultados do estudo ajudarão a compreender o nível de conhecimento e adoção dos produtores de cana-de-açúcar sobre as práticas de gestão de rebrotas da cana-de-açúcar. O estudo também será útil para conhecer as limitações enfrentadas pelos produtores de cana-de-açúcar na adoção de práticas de manejo de rebrotas.
