The essential work area for students in online degree programmes is the online course material. The content, design and user-friendliness are responsible for successful learning and thus for successful completion of the programme. In online degree programmes, students must largely find their motivation at home, outside of a campus and predominantly without direct contact with fellow students and teaching staff.
