Changing States is more than simply moving from one state to another. It is about how one’s state of mind changes as one ages, how one’s health changes, not always for the better, and how life must be lived in a positive rather than a negative manner. A Getting older is a change of state that we all must accommodate. This final memoir covers the last thirty years of our life together with moving to another state, travelling to Easter Island and New Zealand, and with me continuing my training in aikido, and our final moments together.
