Die Forschung wurde unter dem experimentellen Paradigma durchgeführt, die Art der Behandlung Anordnung verwendet wurde eine Multi-Response-Faktorielle Design, das 2 experimentelle Komponenten X1 Prozentsatz der Essigsäure und X2 Lagerzeit untersucht. Während des Prozesses wurde durch die Optimierung der abhängigen Variablen ein Qualitätsprodukt erzielt.
