Silbernanopartikel (AgNPs) haben aufgrund ihrer vielfältigen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten in verschiedenen Bereichen, darunter Medizin, Landwirtschaft und Umweltsanierung, große Aufmerksamkeit erregt. In dieser Studie berichten wir über die Biosynthese und Charakterisierung von Silber-Nanopartikeln mit Pseudomonas sp. FPMKU20, einem vielversprechenden Biokontrollmittel. Die Biosynthese von AgNPs erfolgte durch die Reduktion der im Reaktionsmedium vorhandenen Silberionen durch die biologischen Komponenten von Pseudomonas sp. FPMKU20. Die Bildung von AgNPs wurde durch UV-Vis-Spektroskopie bestätigt, die einen charakteristischen Oberflächenplasmonenresonanz-Peak bei etwa 420 nm zeigte. Die weitere Charakterisierung mit Techniken wie Transmissions-Elektronenmikroskopie (TEM), Rasterelektronenmikroskopie (SEM) und Röntgenbeugung (XRD) ergab die Morphologie, Größenverteilung und kristalline Struktur der synthetisierten AgNPs. Die TEM- und SEM-Analyse zeigte, dass die AgNPs eine kugelförmige Gestalt mit einer durchschnittlichen Größe von 10 bis 50 nm hatten. Außerdem bestätigte die XRD-Analyse die kristalline Natur der AgNPs.
