Les nanoparticules d’argent (AgNP) ont fait l’objet d’une attention particulière en raison de leurs diverses applications dans différents domaines, notamment la médecine, l’agriculture et l’assainissement de l’environnement. Dans cette étude, nous rapportons la biosynthèse et la caractérisation de nanoparticules d’argent en utilisant Pseudomonas sp. FPMKU20, un agent de biocontrôle prometteur. La biosynthèse des AgNPs a été réalisée par la réduction des ions argent présents dans le milieu réactionnel par les composants biologiques de Pseudomonas sp. FPMKU20. La formation des AgNPs a été confirmée par spectroscopie UV-Vis, montrant un pic caractéristique de résonance plasmonique de surface à environ 420 nm. Une caractérisation plus poussée à l’aide de techniques telles que la microscopie électronique à transmission (TEM), la microscopie électronique à balayage (SEM) et la diffraction des rayons X (XRD) a révélé la morphologie, la distribution des tailles et la structure cristalline des AgNP synthétisées. Les analyses TEM et SEM ont indiqué que les AgNPs étaient de forme sphérique avec une taille moyenne allant de 10 à 50 nm. En outre, l’analyse XRD a confirmé la nature cristalline des AgNPs.
